Terms and conditions - Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

·         That you are the owner of the dog(s) and have authority to act on behalf of the members of my family and household.

·         You are at all times responsible for the actions of your dog.

·         You will inform us of any aggressive of unpredictable behaviour from your dog before engaging our services.

• While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your dog, accidents and injuries can happen. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activities for dogs and the services we provide.

• We cannot be held responsible for any known or unknown health issues that may be aggravated by our services.

• If your dog has any known medical conditions, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to any activity. We will not be liable for any worsening of these conditions. We strongly recommend you consult with your veterinarian as to the suitability of the services we provide.

• Working with animals involves certain risks. You agree to be liable for any injuries sustained by our staff as a result of interacting with your dog.

Indemnity and Liability:

By using the services provided by Power of the Paws, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Power of the Paws, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to:

1. Any injury, death or infection your dog may sustain while participating in our services;

2. Any unknown illness or injury your dog may have that becomes worse during or after our services;

3. Any known illness or condition your dog has that becomes worse due to participation in our activities. It is your sole responsibility to discuss the suitability of the services offered by Power of Paws with your veterinarian;

4. Any injury, including but not limited to bites or other injuries, sustained by our staff or other dogs by your dog;

5. Any property damage caused by your dog.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this agreement, the total liability of Power of Paws for any and all claims, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of, or related to, the performance or breach of this agreement, shall not exceed $100.  In no event shall Power of Paws be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of use, even if Power of Paws has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 Privacy and Personal Information:

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the course of our services will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in this way.
